The house
A whole townhouse, just for you, in a quiet residential development in Peñíscola.
Penisol 12 is 157 m² across two floors and a garage: four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a living-dining room, a laundry room and two terraces. You share nothing with anyone — the entire property is yours for the whole stay.
The development is relaxed and family-friendly, with a pool, a playground and a basketball court reserved for residents. Even so, you are close to everything: the town centre, the beaches and the old town are about twelve minutes on foot, and the supermarket six.
Our advice: put the car in the garage as soon as you arrive. Restaurants, shops, the seafront promenade and the Papa Luna castle are all within walking distance.

The two floors are separated by a door, with two bedrooms and one bathroom on each: the comfortable option if two families are travelling together. Exceptionally, and agreed in advance, we can add one more place for up to eight people.
Peñíscola, a short walk away
The Papa Luna castle, the walled old town and the seafront promenade are 1.3 km from the door: about eighteen minutes on foot, the last stretch along the seafront.
If you fancy leaving town, the Sierra de Irta Natural Park and its coves, Benicarló and Vinaròs are a few minutes away by car, and Morella or the Ebro delta less than an hour away.

The house is set up for a maximum of 7 people. Exceptionally, and agreed in advance, we can prepare it for 8. Exceeding that capacity is not allowed.
Yes. The seven places are spread across the four bedrooms, all of them in beds: nobody has to sleep on the sofa or in the living room.
Yes, the beds are made when you arrive and there are towels for everyone. What we do not provide are beach towels — bring your own.
Yes, right across from the house. The pool, the playground and the basketball court are for residents of the development only. The pool opens in season.

The garage at the house fits two cars, at no cost and with no need to reserve a space. You can also leave bicycles, parasols and beach equipment there.
Yes. You will find a portable barbecue in the storage room. Use it at the side of the house, in the open air, never under a roof.

Not indoors. You can use the lower terrace, which is covered, or the upper one.
